I've worked in recruitment since 2023, with most of my experience centered on technical hiring. I'm a certified Human Resource Associate and was ranked Top 5 in November 2023. What I enjoy most about HR and recruitment isn't just the processes—it's the conversations. I like learning how people think, what matters to them, and where they're trying to go.
Writing, however, came long before my career in HR. In college, I served as Editor-in-Chief of our campus journalism publication, where I learned to be careful with words and respectful of the stories behind them. Since then, writing has remained a steady practice—not something I perform, but something I return to.
